1.2 Exclusions: Employees, immediate family members of employees, and representatives of The Organizer are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements and Booking Definition
2.1 Qualifying Booking: An entry is automatically granted upon securing a qualifying booking with The Organizer. A "qualifying booking" is defined as:
A new booking for any TDF product or service with a minimum total value of $1,500.00 CAD (excluding taxes).
The booking must have the client's contract signed and the required non-refundable deposit paid in full within the Promotion Period (before 11:59 PM EST on January 1, 2026).
2.2 Existing Clients: Clients who have already secured a qualifying booking (as defined in 2.1) prior to October 10, 2025, are eligible to enter by emailing The Organizer at the designated address with their booking details and contract reference number before the January 1, 2026, deadline.
2.3 Entry Limit: There is strictly no double entry for the same singular event (i.e., one wedding/event receives only one entry, regardless of multiple contracts or contacts). Attempting to submit multiple entries for the same event will result in disqualification of all related entries.
2.4 Planner/Vendor Submissions: Wedding Planners and Vendors may submit clients who have secured a qualifying booking. The client's eligibility remains dependent on Section 2.1. Planners and Vendors are entered into a separate incentive draw for highest submissions, as detailed in the promotional materials.
3. Prizes and Value
3.1 Total Prizes: A total of eight (8) prize packages will be drawn.
3.2 Prize Restrictions: Prizes must be redeemed for use at the specific event tied to the qualifying booking, provided the event date falls within the eligible range defined in Section 1.1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash surrender value. Prizes are subject to availability and design specifications must be finalized with The Organizer within sixty (60) days of the Draw Date.
4. Winner Selection and Contingencies
4.1 Draw Process: Winners will be selected via a randomized draw from all qualified entries on January 5, 2026. The order of the draw determines the prize awarded (1st drawn receives 1st Prize, etc.).
4.2 Date Conflict Contingency (First-Come, First-Served Principle): The draw operates on a first-come, first-served basis regarding the allocation of the prize packages in relation to the winner's wedding date.
Rule: If two (2) or more winners share the same wedding date:
The winner whose name was drawn first will receive the full prize package for their drawn rank (e.g., the full $720 Signage Combo).
The subsequent winner drawn for the same date will receive an adjusted prize: A Seating Chart + Stand + the 300 Personalized Menus package, regardless of their drawn rank. This policy ensures only one set of major print items is awarded per event date.
4.3 Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the Draw Date. Winners must respond and acknowledge the prize within seven (7) days or an alternate winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions and Organizer Rights
5.1 Service Agreement and Governing Law: The terms, conditions, and standards of performance for the production and delivery of the Giveaway prizes (print services) are governed by the Primary Service Contract established between the client and The Organizer for the qualifying dance floor booking. These terms and services are superseded only by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario.
5.2 Right to Modify/Cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, it cannot be run as planned, or for any legal or administrative reasons.
5.3 Right to Modify Dates: The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period, Booking Deadline, or Draw Date due to unforeseen circumstances, security concerns, or technical issues. Any changes will be communicated via the Organizer's official social media channels and website.
5.4 Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
5.5 Release and Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Organizer from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
5.6 Use of Information: By accepting a prize, winners agree to permit The Organizer to use their names, event dates, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
